Another exciting update from our latest project!

The drywall is starting to go up. This is the living room ceiling.

This house now has new plumbing. Spray foam was used in the "band" between the two floors. This is an area where many houses lose a lot of heat.

Plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation and vapour barrier inspections have all been successfully completed.

We'll keep you posted throughout the process but if you're interested, please do not hesitate to contact our agent! The successful buyer will have a say in the renovation process!
