One of our favourite easy recipes has always been an easy baked pork tenderloin – it's hearty, rich and delicious, super easy to make, and soooooo delicious.
We have added Lethbridge Premium Pork Tenderloins to our shop. There are two in a package and a nice size. One pack will be enough for 4 people. There is no grading system to pork, so these are what the restaurant industry refers to as "White Marble". They are so tender with a delicate flavour.
I love searing them in a pan on high heat, removing them to rest and make a quick mushroom sauce in the same pan. Slice the loins into medallions and serve on a bed of the sauce with pasta or rice. Outstanding!
