We are happy that you have chosen us as your Hearth retailer, Installer and WETT Certified team but we feel we should inform you of the following...

We regret to inform you that due to the back log of Stove Deliveries to our Location,
your pre-booked date for installation of your new Woodstove, Insert and/or Chimney system, may have to be delayed by a few weeks.
We are doing everything in our power to keep your original dates but with the Covid Pandemic, all suppliers in the Hearth Industry are experiencing delays in production and delivery.

We ask that you please bear with us while we sort out our stock, in coming orders and pre-set install datings.
We WILL get to you as soon as we are able
Our Office staff will be sending out updated installation emails to you as we learn more about our delivery schedules.
