Another exciting update from our latest project!
The drywall is starting to go up. This is the living room ceiling.
This house now has new plumbing. Spray foam was used in the "band" between the two floors. This is an area where many houses lose a lot of heat.
Plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation and vapour barrier inspections have all been successfully completed.

Another exciting update from our latest project!
This house had no insulation in the exterior walls. It now has all new Roxul insulation in all fo the exterior walls. The vapour barrier will be going up soon.

Another exciting update from our latest project!
Here is the end wall of the great room. You can see the fireplace. The two large rectangular frames are where the bookshelves will go. There will be room for a TV above the mantle above the fireplace.

Another exciting update from our latest project!
The great room is taking shape with a 17-foot beam installed to open the great room to the kitchen and dining area. The great room will have a 48-inch linear fireplace flanked with two sets of "live edge" shelves.
The light grey kitchen will be anchored by a 7-foot by 4-foot blue-grey multilevel island.

Another exciting update from our latest project!
This house is an all brick bungalow. It will be two-tone grey with a dark charcoal roof and white trim. It is located on a large treed park-like" lot (112.6' frontage by 150' deep). It is fenced on three sides. Large back deck perfect for summer entertaining. The three-season sunroom overlooks the backyard. Large double garage provides storage.
