About Us

Located on the shores of Little Lake in the town of Midland, Ontario the Midland and District Lawn Bowling Club operates from mid May to October. We play 6 days a week with one day set aside for the greens maintenance. Lawn bowling is a gentle, outdoor sport suitable for all ages and thus is considered "a sport for life". Play can be recreational or competitive at local, provincial and national levels. Coaching is available on an on-going basis. Lawn bowling doesn't require a lot of expensive equipment but flat soled shoes are mandatory. We will provide everything else you need to get you started. Groups are welcome to contact the Club to arrange visits.
