Richard Brown has enjoyed drawing from an early age and has experience with pen and ink, oils, watercolor, and pastels. But graphite, or pencil illustration has become a passion of late, and now represents his primary artistic interest. (some might say, obsession) For the uninitiated, pencil art is an art of detail that requires a great deal of patience and strong powers of observation.
