Joan Therrien successfully completed the real estate licensing course in February of 2007, and joined Brian Jacques as his full-time, licensed real estate partner.  Joan is a local resident, born and raised in Penetanguishene and now lives in Midland with Brian and her daughter Laura, who is currently attending college. 

Joan has entered the real estate profession with over 25 years experience as a real estate legal assistant in three of the areas highly respected law firms. Her many years working in this role will prove to be a valuable asset in the listing and selling of real estate.  Joan’s past experience includes title conveyance, document preparation and meeting with clients.  Most recently Joan worked on local condominium projects such as Tiffin by the Bay, as well as high rise condominium projects in Toronto. In 2005 Joan was instrumental in closing over 50 condominium transactions in one month.
