The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County is a registered charitable organization that provides information, education and support services for persons with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, their families and care partners. The Alzheimer Society also undertakes public awareness activities, provides support for research, and advocates for improved dementia care so that persons affected by dementia may live well and thrive in their community.
